After years of constant rejection, I had developed an emotional baseline that was equal parts depression, low self-esteem, and anxiety —despite my confident demeanour. I was ready to quit show business and throw in the towel when I started using the breath as a tool to help quiet my mind.
This helped me redefine my connection to my inner-self, the way I navigate my career and show up in my life.
