Hi, I’m Lisa, an actor, and meditation teacher. After years of constant rejection, I had developed an emotional baseline that was equal parts depression, low self-esteem, and anxiety —despite my confident demeanour. I was ready to quit show business and throw in the towel when I started using the breath as a tool to help quiet my mind.
